This Sales management role offers a terrific opportunity for the customer-centric, self-motivated, and focused individual to lead a successful team and have input in a growing company. As the Emerging Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving the company’s profitability and further developing the members of your sales team. The position requires an ability to multi-task with competing priorities and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

-LMA: Lead, Manage, and hold an End-User Sales Team Accountable

-Achieve sales team revenue and production activity goals

-Work closely with sales leadership to craft and implement a new Business Development Representative (BDR) program and Emerging Account Manager team strategy

-Participate in selection and hiring of Sales and Business Development team members

-Train, coach & develop the team

-Conduct quality pulses with each team member on a regular basis

-Hold team members accountable for sales performance and behavior, taking corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy

-Assist with pricing, quoting and development of accounts

-Effectively manage the sales pipelines for each team member

-Carefully monitor A/R for individual team members

-Actively participate in special projects as needed


Key Qualifications:

-Business degree preferred

-1-5 years in a sales management or leadership position

-Driven leader who coaches with energy and enthusiasm

-Experience in inside sales and a demonstrated understanding of the B2B sales process- preferably within the IT industry

-Strong understanding of revenue and gross margin projections

-Desire and willingness for constant professional improvement

-Outstanding work-ethic and initiative to take on new tasks and adapt to different situations

-Strong multitasking and time management skills while managing a heavy workload

-Very strong analytical capabilities and impeccable attention to detail

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team, as well as dynamically lead a team

-Proven history of success in inside sales and cold calling strategies and techniques
